2. No Online Transactions. The Company does not accept payments through the website. Offline or third-party transactions are governed by their own terms.

Information provided via chat or contact forms: must be accurate and lawful; may be stored for customer service, quality assurance, training, or recordkeeping; does not constitute professional, medical, or safety advice; and/or third-party vendors may provide chat tools

9. SSI Affiliation & Independent Operations. Summit Divers, LLC is independently owned and operated. References to SSI relate solely to training standards and certification programs. SSI does not operate, control, supervise, or assume responsibility for the Company’s activities.
10. Disclaimers. Services are provided “as-is.” No warranties on accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
12. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company for claims arising from misuse of the Services.
13. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.
14. Governing Law. Arizona law governs. Legal actions must be brought in Arizona courts.
